About the Conference
School of Physics, MITWPU Pune is organizing an International Conference on Current Trends in Physics and
Photonics (ICCTPP - 2022).Physics is the language of nature and hence quite fascinating in all sciences. The
themes of the conference have been carefully curated to reflect the upcoming and emerging research areas of
core Physics as well as Photonics. Photonics has be-come an attractive subject for research in the recent
times due to its diverse applications in tele-communication, networking, data storage etc.
There is an emphasis on advanced photonics in this conference which is reflected in the themes of lasers,
nonlinear optics, photonic materials, optoe-lectronics among others while the conference gains its inclusive
character in physics with the in-clusion of topics in condensed matter physics, nonlinear dynamics, nuclear
physics, plasma physics, astrophysics, etc.
ICCTPP – 2022 aims to bring together leading academicians, researchers, scientists, practitioners and
professionals from both the industry and the academic background and provide them a platform to exchange
their newest research findings, experiences and views on diverse areas of Physical Sciences. The conference
will include keynote address, plenary talks, invited talks, oral presentation and poster sessions. This
Conference will also provide an oppor-tunity for scholars, researchers, students and stakeholders to publish
research in peer reviewed international Conference Series Journal.
