• It is a fully online conference
• At least one author has to register in the conference for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings. Only registered authors will be allowed to present papers and will be given the conference certificates.
• Nobody will be allowed to make more than two presentations during the conference. This is done to ensure diversity and inclusivity of more active participants in the conference
• Authors of accepted Poster presentations will have to submit a pre-recorded video and PowerPoint slides (saved as PDF) of their presentation in advance of the conference. The pre-recorded video and slides will be available for the attendees in the conference portal. During the poster session, you will be able to have live discussion with attendees to explain and answer questions.
